The Three Dimensions of Learning Every Leader Must Master

Always Be Open to Learning:
1) What you know matters—it is the accumulation of experience, discipline, and learned insight. But it must be held with humility. As Pysdek’s Law suggests, “Most of what we think we know, to the extent that we know it, is wrong,” reminding leaders to stay open to correction and refinement.
2) What you are learning is where transformation happens. This is the liminal space where thinking becomes flexible, new neural connections form, and metanoia—a shift in mindset—creates sudden clarity and growth.
3) What you don’t yet know requires curiosity. It is the largest space of opportunity, demanding openness, exploration, and a mindset that treats learning as a continuous leadership advantage.
