Interesting post about the future. (Link below) And although it may be impossible to know exactly what life will look like a millennium from today. But imagine, just for a moment, that you are an executive in the year 3025.

What would leadership require of you?

Today's AI seems to think that :

- My role as a coach in 3025 would be to help leaders remember who they are, lead with wisdom, and serve something greater than themselves—across time, space, and species.

Surprisingly, even in a hyper-advanced future, some truths remain timeless. They appear to be the cornerstone of what it means to be human.

Why This Still Matters in the Future?

No matter how advanced our technology becomes, the core challenges of leadership will remain deeply human.

Because—maybe, just maybe:

1) Technology will accelerate, but wisdom won’t automate

2) Complexity will multiply, not disappear

3) The self will still be the starting point

4) Connection will always matter

5) Because progress without purpose is emptiness
